Glossu Rabban is a minor character Cycle of Dune, of Frank Herbert. This character is developed more in the under-cycle Before Dune .

Rabban the Animal is the oldest nephew of the Baron Vladimir Harkonnen and for this reason in first line for its succession, the Baron not having a descent. He inherited the cruel and sadistic character of the Harkonnen, but without their intelligence contrary to the other nephew of the Baron, Feyd-Rautha.

Biography

The Baron grants to him the governorship of Arrakis and asking him to increase the quantity of Épice by pressing planet and his inhabitants to the maximum.
