Globicephala macrorhynchus
The whale controls ( Globicephala macrorhynchus ) is also known under the name of tropical Globicéphale, globicéphale of the Pacific or globicéphale of Siebold. It belongs to the family of the Mammifère S sailors (or Cétacé S).
The pilot whale is recognizable with its color which varies dark gray with the black and the males are characterized by the round shape of their dorsal aileron. Adult, this whale measures between 5 and 7 meters length and can weigh up to 4 tons.
One can amongst other things observe them with the Canary islands.
