Glenkinchie

Glenkinchie is one of the last distillings of Whiskey in activity of Lowlands (with Auchentoshan). It is located at Pencaitland, in the south of Edinburgh.

This distilling founded between 1833 and 1835 belongs at present to the group Diageo, and is provided with the largest stills in activity (1 wash still of 36000L and a spirit still of 18000L)

Glenkinchie produced for the assemblers (ex: Johnny Walker) and in his proper name (individual Glenkinchie malt)
