The hotel Gleneagles ( Gleneagles Hotel ) is a de luxe hotel five stars, located at the North-West of Edinburgh, with Auchterarder in the area of the Perth and Kinross in Scotland. Being spread out over a surface of approximately 340 hectares, it opened in 1924 and is member of the organization The Leading Hotels off The World which gathers more than 420 luxury hotels in the world.

The hotel is also known for its golf course, one of most famous of Scotland, from which a part (the ground of Monarch), was conceived by the famous player of Golf Jack Nicklaus. Since 1998, is played the Johnnie Walker Championship it European PGA. The golf, in the past reserved to the customers of the hotel from now on is opened with all.

In July 2005, the 31 {{E}} top of G8 is held with the hotel Gleneagles and the 40e Ryder Cup in 2014 will take place on the golf course.
