Glen Glenn

Glen Glenn is an American musician, born in 1934.

Glen Glenn of its true name Glen Troutman was born on October 24th, 1934 with Joplin, Missouri. Its family moves in 1948 and fixes itself at San Dima, not very far from Los Angeles. It occurs since 1952-53 in shows which are retransmis on the local radios, in particular on KXLA of Pasadena. At that time he sings in company of Wanda Jackson and Marty Robbins, then attends the show of Elvis Presley to San Diego on April 4th, 1956. But it is only as from July 1956 that it will make a shy person appearance on television ABC at the time of the show " Ozark Jamboree" of Springfield where it interprête " Shake Rattle and Roll". It signs its first contract in January 1958 for Era which will leave its first individual with two Rockabilly with Slap - low held by Connie Guybo Smith the companion Eddie Cochran. He Marie in 1964 and somewhat forsakes the music to devote himself to his family. He returns in 1982 and takes again the rockabilly his beginnings with the album “Every bod' S movin” again" on ACE.
