Glen benton is a singer and a bass player of Death metal.

Participations

He officiates in the group Deicide as a singer, bass player and an author since the beginning of the group. Its song with two distinct registers (mixed with the recording) is one of the outstanding features of its vocal parts: a voice in typical Grunt serious traditional of the death and the other typical erraillé song of the black. One and the others superimposing themselves or alternating dialogs about it according to the passages of the songs.

It also took part in the albums studios of Vital Remains Dechristianize and Icons off evil , and appears in guest vocals in a title of the album Butchered At Birth of Cannibal Corpse.

Anecdotes

Deeply turned towards the side opposed to Christianity (Main theme of its texts) it is also known to be made marked with the iron a cross reversed on the face. In the Nineties, it had been invited in an emission of talk French show (TF1) which treated religions and where Benton intervened to speak about its beliefs satanists.
