Glane (the Dordogne)

The Glane (or Glane de Servières or Glanet  ) is a French brook of the the Limousin, affluent of the the Dordogne.

It takes its source in Corrèze around 580 m of altitude on the commune of Saint-Privat.

It sprinkles Servières-the-Castle and is thrown in the Dordogne out of left bank, two kilometers in the south of the Barrage of Chastang.

It should not be confused with the other brook same name, distant of hardly 6 kilometers and affluent of Maronne.

Tourism

The establishment of the dam Glane-Servières allowed the creation of the Lake Feyt, of a surface of 65 ha, dedicated to tourism.
