Glam dicinn
The glam dicinn , in the Irish Celtic Mythology, is a supreme curse, uttered by a specialized Druide, a file (see article bards ). It is about a form of Satire which causes the eruption of three instantaneously furoncles, on the face of that which is the object. These furoncles respectively represents “Shame”, the “Blame” and the “Ugliness”. The victim is excluded from the social life, and is dedicated to death. The satire is done in the form of a cry, and if it is perfect, death can be immediate.
One of the example most known that of the infamous druid Aithirne Ailgesach who makes die shame Luaine, is promised in marriage of the king Conchobar Mac Nessa, because she does not want to sleep with him.
In the Irish medieval literature, this practice is generally applied to the king or a person of foreground, which refused a privilege with the file .
