André Vallini is a Politician French, born the July 15th 1956 with Tullins (Isere).

Biography

André Vallini was raises with the College Edouard-Herriot de Voiron in Isere; former student of the Institute of political studies of Grenoble (Science-Po Grenoble) and of the Faculty of Law, it is lawyer of formation but quickly leaves the bar to become mayor of Tullins in 1986. Also general adviser, it directs during 7 years the socialist federation of his department of origin and is elected in March 2001 president of the general advice of Isere.

He becomes in 2002 spokesperson of Lionel Jospin then, in 2003, national secretary of the socialist party for the Institutions and Justice.

Former parliamentary assistant of Gisele Halimi, it elected is appointed in 1997 and is re-elected in the 2002 then June 17th 2007, for XIIIe legislature (2007 - 2012), in the 9th district of the Isere, within the socialist group.

He is member many parliamentary commissions, in particular the board of inquiry on the Affaire of Outreau, that Jean-Louis Debré requires of him to chair in December 2005 and for which he auditions 221 people between January and April 2006. He then returns a report/ratio which will be used as a basis for the reform of justice in October 2006, of which he will say that she is partial, with some positive points , because it would have wished to await the elections for an in-depth reform, over the duration (but) the government wanted absolutely to do something after Outreau .

It became in June 2007 spokesperson of the socialist group to the National Assembly.

It is, since November 2002 Regular judge of the High court.
