Donne me your eyes is a French film carried out by Sacha Guitry, left in 1943.
Synopsis
Sculptor of old reputation of about fifty years, François Bressolles éprend of the young Catherine Collet whom he convinces, without difficulty, to pose for him. Both erect scaffolding quickly of the commune life plans, but François becomes day at the breakable and distant following day with respect to the young woman - before posting himself openly in public places with an artist of cabaret (Mona Goya). Catherine ends up including/understanding the truth: knowing that it loses the sight day after day, François did everything to move away it from him. Catherine however returns, at the exact moment when his/her companion becomes completely blind. From now on, she will see for them two.
