Give It to is to Me a song recorded by Timbaland, with the participation of Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake, for the second album solo of Timbaland Presents Shock Value (2007). It was produced like individual album in 2007 (see 2007 in music).

History

Give It to presents Nelly Furtado to Me, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, each one taking advantage of their rights in music industry and typing on those which had tried to cut down them and had insulted them in the past. Each of the three artist has his own verse in the song separate separated from the chorus sung by Nelly Furtado.

It presented Timbaland, Furtado, and Timberlake playing the song in prelude to the Grammy Award of 2007 mixed according to the length of a recording in studio and including clips resulting from Timbaland' S turn drunk. The video was carried out by Paul " Coy" Allen & Timbaland. The same day, in answer, Scott Storch diffused " Built Like That ", with Nox.

The song began with the 86ème place in the American Billboard Hot 100 in February 2007, the week even where " Say It Right" of Furtado the signal of the hits reached. With the United World Chart, it began in number forty but during the third week it passed from the twenty seventh place to the third of to the fact that it was number one with the the United States and with the the United Kingdom this week there.

In Lithuania and Romania, it entered the history by reaching the second place, only eclipsed by " Say It Right " of Furtado, making that the latter occupies the first two places.
