Giromon
The giromon is a variety of Potiron cultivated in the the Antilles. Its skin is green and sunk and its pulpit is orange. The mashed potatoes of Giromon are used in Haiti to make a soup called " Soup giromon". This soup belongs to the traditional menu of the New year.
