Giovanni Zanardini

Giovanni Zanardini (born the June 12th 1804 with Venice and dead the April 24th 1878) was a Médecin and a Italian Botaniste of the 19th century.

Biography

Giovanni Zanardini was the son of Angelo and Anna Maria born Traffico. It obtains its Doctorat Médecine at the university of Padoue in 1831. It continues its studies in Chirurgie and Obstétrique at the university of Pavia. Of 1834 with 1847, it directs the royal Hôpital of Padoue and until in 1869, he is director-assistant of that of Venice.

In the field of the Natural history, it completes many work on the Algue S of various seas. ----
