Giovanni Agnelli (1866-1945)

Giovanni Agnelli (1866-1945) was a Italian Business man, founder in 1899 of the group FIAT. Its meeting with aristocrats of Turin impassioned of mechanics pushes it to launch out in the car. The great development of its company ensures the success of these means of transport in Italy. Giovanni Agnelli is also at the origin of the first Italian station of Ski. His/her Edoardo son having died accidentally in 1935, it is his grandson and homonym, more known under the name of Gianni Agnelli, which becomes its designated successor. In 1945, Giovanni Agnelli must give up the direct management of her company, being shown of compromising with the mode of Benito Mussolini. He dies shortly after.
