Giorgio Tells
Giorgio Conte is a Compositeur and Italian Chanteur of Jazz and varieties born with Asti in 1941. He is the younger brother of Paolo Conte, definitely better known general public. Just like his/her brother before becoming professional musician, Giorgio Conte exerted a long time the trade of lawyer.
The first musical experiments of Giorgio Conte take place within the same group as its elder, this last being the vibraphonist of the formation and Giorgio the Batteur. Enough quickly, their ways separates. Giorgio Conte then starts to compose for many singers and groups with success in Italy such as Equipe 84 ( Una giornata Al pond ), Rosanna Fratello ( Non sound system Maddalena ), Gipo Farassino ( the mia gente , Girano ).
As a singer, it launches out in 1983 with the album Zona Cesarini , followed in 1987 of the erba di San Pietro . It continues nevertheless to write texts and musics for others like Ornella Vanoni, Mina Mazzini ( Tir ) and Francesco Baccini ( Qua qua quando and will giostra It di Bastian ). It also takes part in a radiophonic program, Quelli che the radio on Radio Due.
Just like his/her brother, Giorgio Conte works in a law firm until 1993, year during which it goes up for the first time on scene at the time of the festival Club Tenco of Sanremo and decides to be devoted only to the music. Its first service is worth excellent criticisms to him. It organizes then a long European round and returns to Italy only in 1999.
