Giorgio Caproni

Giorgio Caproni (born the January 7th 1912 with Leghorn - died the January 22nd 1990 with Rome) was a writer and Poète Italy N.

Biography

With Mario Luzi, Vittorio Sereni, Attilio Bertolucci and Piero Bigongiari, Giorgio Caproni belongs so that one called “third the Italian poetic generation”, which gathers writers born in the years which immediately precede the First World War.

Giorgio Caprani was appreciated for its short and dense worms:

“My mother assembled, slow
Like a large stone
Which in silence crack. ”

After the Second world war, Giorgio Caprani will be classified - with writers like Cesare Pavese or Alberto Moravia - in the authors neorealists .
