Ginji Amano

Ginji Amano is one of the two main characters of the Manga Get backers .

Ginji is a 18 year old young man to the fair hair who belongs to the duet of the recuperators with his friend Ban, he can produce electricity thanks to the cells of its body to the manner of a electric Anguille.

It carries its hair capped out of brush. Its clothing is constituted of brown shorts, of a green jacket, a white tee-shirt and two combat accessories. These two accessories are a ductile metal belt which it uses to apply the same principle as a Taser in combat semi-brought closer and of two gloves reinforced to a solid metal (and due, it uses them in general to avoid the scalpels of Akabane).

Ginji grew in bottoms funds of Shinjuku, the Mugenjo , where he becomes the chief of the Volts , a group of young delinquents in which he is called the emperor of the lightning. It reigns thus on the Mugenjo with its 4 generals: Kazuki, Shido, Makubex and Masaki. Its reign was regarded after its departure as the golden age of the Mugenjo .

the emperor of the lightning is in fact a metamorphosis of Ginji, it becomes then a machine to be killed unverifiable without feelings but having an enormous power. In the Mugenjo , it manages to produce more than 800.000 volts and to even create plasma.

The first demonstration of the emperor of the lightning took place during the youth of Ginji. Its block was attacked by about thirty men of the Belt Line . Driven back by the rough ones with his/her friend Shu, Ginji became the emperor of the lightning under the eyes of its tutor, Teshimine, and killed its attackers in one moment. Shu was his/her only friend of childhood to survive this episode which marked the heart of Ginji deeply.
