The ginger beer is a nonalcoholic fizzy drink of British origin, which seems to come from Jamaica where it has been produced for several centuries. It is obtained by the setting out of bottle of a liquid containing Gingembre fresh at the time of the beginning of its fermentation.

Ginger ale and ginger beer indicated same drink formerly, but today, the ginger beer has a taste of more powerful ginger.
