Ginga
The ginga is the base of the Capoeira. It is a displacement which remains continuous, and which prepares each displacement, each kick, each acrobatics. It consists of three phases:

the base: A leg in front of slightly bent, the other behind, and the arm opposed to the leg of front protects the face.
- the " parallèle" : The foot behind is placed beside the foot in front.
- the other bases: the foot which was at the beginning in front of comes now behind to reform the initial position, but other side, consequently, the capoeirist must change the arm which protects its face.
