Ginette Mathiot

Ginette Mathiot , Officer of the Legion of Honor, (born the May 23rd 1907, dead the June 14th 1998) is famous a Gastronome French.

Mathiot published more than 30 books, of which the very famous I can cook , which was drawn with more than 6 million specimens and is regarded today as culinary bible.

It also continued a long career in State education: it was professor, and later General inspector of the home economics.
