Gimbap
The Gimbap (Hangul: 김밥) is a In-case or very popular Repas in Korea. The strict definition is limited to various ingredients (except Poisson believed, mets being called then Chobap) rolled in Riz (밥, bap ) and Algue dried (김, kim ).
The gimbap of the illustration is made up:
- of a sheet of dried algae
- of a layer of rice
- of a sheet of fine Omelet often present
- of Vegetable S cooked - it is this part of the gimbap which will vary more.
One will find gimbap with the Bulgogi, with the spinach S, the Kimchi, the eggs…
