Gilles de Brée
Gilles de Brée , rider, lord of Fouilloux, Montchevrier, Saint-Denis-of-Maine, Saint-Wolf, Tichonnière with Poillé, was it also of the ground of the Vines and Plessis-Brochard, in Quelaines, of Levaré- Ouvrouin and Bonnaudière because of his wife, gentleman French of the 16th century.
Biography

In 1515, Pierre d' Argenton returned to consent of Suhardière (Daon), by the Douet-Savage, and in 1517 François d' Aubigny, lord of the known as place to him, of the Cabins, and of Valettes, in Houssaye, that of the River because of Anne Palu, his wife returned to him. In 1523, it returned consent of the strongholds of Saint-Michel, named at present the strongholds of Fouilloux, in Malhurin de Montallais, knight, lord of Chambellay, because of the châtellenie of Daon, and in 1524 Robert Jarry, rider, oldest son and prosecutor of Pierre, lord of Doisnard, made him faith and homage of the place of the Brushes. It founded in 1532 the vault of Montchevrier.
Marriage
He married, the June 10th 1499, Claude de Feschal, girl puînée of the second marriage of Rene de Feschal, baron de Poligny, and of Jeanne de Châteaubriand, rams of Bonnaudière, ground which she had received with 400 bushels of oats of inattentive revenue of Challain, her older brother, Rene, chev., count de Cazant, S. of the Lion-in Angers. It is known as in the marriage contract that Rene de Feschal, his father, gave him 1000 liv. with once paying and 300 liv. of revenue of which he promised to make plate, obliging his daughter and her engaged couple to give up the donation that he had made of all his pieces of furniture and the third party of his specific to feue Jeanne de Chateaubriand, his wife. Of this clause were guaranteeing and guarantees Rene de Feschal, lord of Thuré, Ambroise the Horned one, lord of the Curve of Brée, Michel de Brée, lord of Poillé.But this injustice did not take place, the more so as Gilles de Brée and Guy d' Arquenay, husband of Catherine de Feschal, older sister of Claude, linked by the same interest, obtained royal letters addressed to Jean de Pincé, lieutenant-general of Angers, and were accepted in their right of the assent dud. S. of Poligny, their father-in-law, who reserved nevertheless on the effect of this donation 100 liv. of revenue to help to pay the marriage of Marie de Feschal, rams of Maugey, resulting from him and Jeanne de Villiers, her first wife. What was granted the November 14th 1516. It gave then the aforementioned revenue by its will makes the July 9th 1518. The August 15th of the same year, Jean de Feschal, knight baron of Grippon and Poligny, oldest son and successor of Rene, gave in final division to that the Gilles de Brée, and Claude de Feschal, his wife, the ground of the Vines and the seigniory of Plessis-Brochard, with the smallholdings of the Wood-Guillaume, Pacquerie, Chevrolais, Gaulterie, Levaré- Ouvrouin, and Levart-Feschal, the Key with 6 districts of vine in Quelaine and 1000 pounds with once paying, hardly of 1500 liv. with contravenant, by signed act of Denis Gerard and François Huneau, notaries in Laval, in the presence of Ambroise the Horned one, lord of the Curve of Brée, and P. of the Apple orchard, lord of the Orchard of Montigné, which one notices prosecutor of known as of Feschal in much of meetings.
Claude de Feschal
Claude de Feschal remained widowed of Gilles de Brée, accepted in douaire Fouilloux and the Douet-Savage. Louis the Waffle, his receiver, gives to him an account of this last ground in 1542.It acquired the châtellenie Brûlon that Pierre Auvé, his great-grandfather on the maternal side, had sold in 1435, at a rate of what it made faith and homage to Saint-Laurent-of-Mortars, in 1553, and in the same year it returned consent of the Vines, by the seigniory of Quelaines, in Jeanne of Saint-Severin, widow of Charles de Rohan, prince of Guémené. She was present in 1554 at the marriage contract signed to the Château of Fouilloux between Jacques de Ridouet, rider, lord of Sauce, with Claude de Quatrebarbes, her grand-daughter.
