Gilles Perez
Gilles Perez is a French sculptor, born in 1954 with Clermont-Ferrand, in Auvergne, area of the center of France. The taste of space and independence pushes it with living in the area of Combrailles, place remained still authentic. Stone sculptor and mason since 1979, he became specialist in the monumental sculpture.
He carries out from now on sculptures in volcanic Pierre of Volvic on a site of several hectares close to Clermont-Ferrand. In 2000, Gilles Perez took part in the symposium of Assouan in Egypt.
He began his formation with the granite, he works also the volcanic lava, the stone of Volvic.
