Gilles J. Guglielmi

Gilles J. Guglielmi is professor of public Droit to the Université Paris II (the Pantheon-Assas), where it is responsible for professional Master “Lawyer the Council of the territorial collectivities” and specialist in right of the public service. He is member of the research and studies Center in administrative science (CERSA).

During last years, its principal publications related to the history of the administrative law, the right of the public service, the impact of communication and information technologies on the public law. Very committed in the associative medium, he was president of the Association of the Conference of Poissy, member of the jury of the Big Brother Awards, founder of Public law of new technologies (in 1997 with the Université Paris X - Nanterre) and one of the first law professors public to use the Internet for the teaching of his university courses.
