Gilles-William Goldnadel

Gilles-William Goldnadel (born on January 12th, 1954 in Rouen) is a lawyer French penalist, president of association Avocats without borders.

Wire of Jews of Polish and Russian origin, he follows the lawyer occupation since 1978.

Founder and president d' Avocats without borders, he is today president of France-Israel association, Alliance of the General Koenig.

Representing in France international League against the misinformation

With " The international League against the désinformation" , Goldnadel directly makes pressure on the marked media and journalists to harm the State of Israel and the truth of the ground, like the journalist of France 2 Charles Enderlin, with which " the collective against the désinformation" a symbolic system " decreed; price of the désinformation". This collective gathers concerned organizations of a better balance in the presentation of the facts being Israeli-Arab conflict.

It also launches out in many legal procedures against the remarks which it considers Antisioniste or Antisémite.

The newspaper Libération in an article of the July 5th 1983 under the feather of Luc Rosenzweig qualifies it " propagandist of the State-ghetto" (i.e. Israel). Goldnadel will continue this newspaper with many recoveries like Jean-Marie Cavada, Edgar Morin, Dieudonné balled Me balled Me or Daniel Mermet for his emission " Over there if I there suis" , which had diffused a report on the " Palestinian territories occupés".

It also continues in 2001 and without success Eric Hazan for the publication of the Industry of the holocaust , of the historian Norman Finkelstein.

The May 27th 2005, it makes condemn by the Court of Appeal of Versailles for racial Diffamation, the newspaper Le Monde and the signatories (Edgar Morin, Sami Naïr and Danièle Sallenave) of the article “Israel-Palestine: the cancer”, published in this newspaper the June 4th 2002. The stop is finally broken by the Court of appeal the July 12th 2006 (see Affaire Morin)

In another business, the Journaliste Daniel Mermet is released charges of Antisémitisme. but will be condemned for slandering by the 11th Room of the Court of Appeal of Paris on October 19th, 2006 which recognizes the personal animosity of the journalist and his intention to harm.

The March 10th 2006, it makes condemn to 5.000 euros of fine the humorist Dieudonné for incentive with the racial hate and slandering with regard to the Jews, in the first resort by the 17th Criminal Court of the Court of Bankruptcy of Paris. The February 8th 2004, Dieudonné had declared in the negro Sunday newspaper Sale, the Jews will have your skin, here is the kind of slogans which I heard. They are all these slave traders reconverted into the bank, the spectacle and today the terrorist activity which express their support for the policy of Ariel Sharon (...) Those which attack me based empires and fortunes on the draft of the Blacks and slavery.

Its detractors like diplomatic Le Monde and Marianne (re-examined) criticize the “legal proceedings and the actions of intimidation” that it would very carry out near the people - in particular of Jewish origin - not sharing her “vision droitière of the State of Israel” these same sources in particular show it to be close to the extreme right-hand side.

Polemic with MRAP

Blamed by MRAP in his report/ratio on new the extreme right-hand side on Internet (http://www.mrap.fr/dossiers/doc-94.pdf), Goldnadel counter-attacks in a chronicle with Radio J, reproduced on the site of CRIF and declares there: “Insult as a lawyer, as a democrat, a Jew of combat, I will continue the MRAP and I will confuse it” (2).

By a judgment returned on May 19th, 2005, the 17th Criminal Court of Paris débouté the four plaigants William Goldnadel, Alexandre Del Valle, Guy Millière, and Michel Darmon accused by the report/ratio of the MRAP referred to above. Alexandre Del Valle and Guy Millière were in addition condemned to 1.500 euros of damages in favor of the MRAP (defended by Maître Michel Tubiana) for abuse constitution of civil part.

Seul William Goldnadel made call of this decision before the Court of Appeal of Paris which confirmed the judgment of first authority on July 6th, 2006. Mr Goldnadel, dissatisfied of this judgment of call, carries the business before the Court of appeal which gives its judgment on May 30th, 2007. Here reproduced the conclusions completely this Stop of the Court of appeal dated May 30th, 2007 emitted by the President COAT:

“Waited until the statings of the stop the Court of attacked Appeal and the judgment put the Court of appeal able to make sure that the Court of Appeal, by reasons answering the conclusions of which it was seized, has, without insufficiency nor contradiction, exposed the circumstances and statements the facts on which it was based to justify the admission with their profit of the benefit of the bona fide with regard to the defamatory remarks contained in the report/ratio entitled " Racism anti-Arabic, news édition".

“From where it is followed from there that the means must be isolated;

“And waited until the stop is regular in the form;

“REJECTS the appeal”

The judgment of first authority which in particular débouté Gilles William Goldnadel in first authority in its complaint against the MRAP was confirmed in call and cassation. The article was thus regarded as container certain defamatory elements with regard to Gilles William Goldnadel, but the bad faith of the MRAP was not recognized.

Other activities

Gilles William Goldnadel is also the lawyer of the company Casino Magdeleine in his lawsuit against the Groupe Partouche (4).

He is also the lawyer of Mr Arcadi Gaydamak.

Maître Goldnadel was also the lawyer of the senator Maurice Arreckx and the journalist Italian essay writer Oriana Fallaci in the lawsuit which to him had been brought by the MRAP and the League of the Human rights and which débouté these two associations (5).
