Gillenia

Gillenia (syn. Porteranthus ) is the kind of two species S of herbaceous plants vivaves of the family of the Rosacée S.

This kind is endemic dry open forests with grounds acid of the East of North America. The two plants are under-arbrissaux with semi-woody branches with the toothed sheets; the low sheets largest are subdivided in leaflets.

The plants flower in May, June or July.
