Gilbert Descossy
Gilbert Descossy (born in 1946) is a sculptor French.
Since 1980 he works the Chewing-gum. Since 1985 it creates the every day an oral sculpture in Chewing-gum with only the intervention of its mouth and its teeth for instruments, and daily writes its newspaper which accompanies each sculpture then. It is defined as " sculptor dentelor engraver ".
Citizen of the world since 2002, it declares also " artist missionnaire" and organizes events with African artists. He thus organized 2 exposures with artists Mauritania NS to Nouakchott in 2003.
He currently resides at Tunis.
