Gigi Finizio

Luigi Finizio , known as Gigi Finizio , (born the May 31st 1965 with Naples -) is a singer, type-setter and actor Italy N.

Biography

Gigi Finizio was one of young people the revelation of the music. It starts to write songs as of its more tender childhood, to learn the piano as of age the five years and at nine years, it makes a success of the examination of the SIAE (Società Italiana degli Autori ED Editori).

It takes part in television programs like Argento E oro or Tandem or in the Carnaval of Viareggio. At the end of the Years 1990, it obtains its first contract with Fonit Cetra .

In November 1994, Gigi Finizio takes part in the selection of Sanremo junior with the song Scacco Matto which enables him to be classified in the first place in the section “Auteur-compositeur-interprète”. In 1995, it takes part in the 45ème festival in the Junior category and obtains the third places finally with Lo specchio dei pensieri . Immediately afterwards, the Fonit Cetra publishes an album with the title of Sanremo which is registered with the hit-parade of the radios.

It is invited to Top Sanremo in the category of the most sold discs.

In 1997, Finizio is chosen by Tato Russo for player a big role in the musical comedy Masaniello , a production of the Théâtre Bellini of Naples.

In February 1998, it publishes individual, Fammi riprovare , and takes part in the program Viva Napoli produces by Mike Buongiorno, where it sings in duet with Paola Folli, obtaining the price of criticism with the extract Resta cu' Mrs. (remains with me). Paolo Limiti invites it in its program to celebrate the traditional Neapolitan ones, in particular during the festival of the Italian republic on line of New York.

It publishes an album made up of new pieces such as Like intendo io .

In July 2005 it leaves Per informed (A you), with the title has modo me . ----
