Giffard (Quebec)

Giffard , is a old municipality of Quebec which is included/understood today in the district Beauport of the town of Quebec. It existed of 1913 with 1976, date on which it was amalgamated at the town of Beauport, itself amalgamated in Quebec in 2002.

Its name comes from Robert Giffard, doctor and pioneer of the News-France.
