Gerhard Anschütz
Gerhard Anschütz , born on January 10th, 1867 with Market and dead on April 14th, 1948 with Heidelberg, was a German academic , which was one of principal the constitutionnalists of the Weimar Republic. Positiviste, Gerhard Anschütz taught in particular at the universities of Tübingen, Heidelberg and Berlin.
He is in particular the author of a comment of the Constitution of Weimar which knew fourteen editions in the Entre-deux-guerres, and, with Richard Thoma, of a dictionary of German constitutional law in two volumes.
