Gerfa

The Group of study and reform of the administrative office known better by its shortened name Gerfa is a think tank born in 1981 on the initiative of Belgian Fonctionnaire S against the report of politization with excess of the public services of the country. This group aims at the Dépolitisation public office.

Objectives

• the statutarisation envisaged by the legislator for requirement ensure the civils servant a indipensable autonomy and impartiality to exert and assume missions with the service of the General interest.

• the recruitment of the agents via an objective and measurable contest to measure competences professionneles candidates, guarantor of the principle of equality.
