External bonds
- Analysis of '' Partiels ''
- Partial of Grisey by Philippe Lalitte
One can say that with Partiels , Grisey provides the foundations of what his/her friend Tristan Murail and he even will call later the a few years spectral writing. This novel method is the result of a synergy between the artistic influence of Giacinto Scelsi and the work of musical acoustics undertaken in particular by Emile Leipp to the faculty of Jussieu. This very new way of writing music, relegated to the row of curiosity at the beginning, is very influential today among the young French type-setters of the 21e century.
