Gerald Dupont (culinary academician)
Gerard Dupont is a French cusinier born on November 10th, 1942 in Nogent on the Seine (Aube). He is the president of the Culinary Académie of France since 1996.
It is at the 13 years age that he embraces the career of cook to the hotel of the Black Eagle with Fontainebleau.
Three years later, he officiates in the brigade of Pre Catelan. Its finished military service, it joined the brigades of Pre Catelan and Fouquet' S, before leaving to open Fouquet' S of Paris with Mexico City, and to have its first place of chief; it is then 26 years old.
