Thomas Gerald Reames Davies , more known under the name of Gerald Davies , was born the February 7th 1945 in Llansaint (Wales). It is a former player of Rugby to XV, which played with the team of Wales of 1966 with 1978, evolving/moving at the station of three quarter wing (1,75  m for 73  kg).

It disputed its first test match the December 3rd 1966, against the team of Australia, and its last test match was against this same team, the June 17th 1978.

He was twice captain of the team of Wales.

Gerald Davies disputed 19 matches (including five test matches) with the British Lions, in 1968 (in South Africa) and in 1971 (in New Zealand).

He played a match with the XV world one against the Springboks.

He evolved/moved for the Université of Cambridge, for the London Welsh R.F.C, and Cardiff RFC.
