Geral tightened
The tightened Geral is a formation Montagne uses of the south of the Brésil. It cuts the State of Santa Catarina of north to the south.
Geral has a ecosystem different from the remainder of tropical Brazil because of its Altitude tightened. Its escarpés buttresses mark the transition between the Littoral covered from Atlantic Forêt and the tops plate X from the interior extending to more than 1.000 m of altitude. Its atypical landscapes make of it an ideal place for the practice of the sports of mountains (Escalade, Coasting flight, Trekking or Canyoning).
One records there the lowest temperatures of Brazil, the record being of -17°C at the top of the Morro da Igreja, to 1.822 m of altitude.
