Georgia Bulldogs is a club general sports university of the Université of Georgia. The teams of Bulldogs take part in the university competitions organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Georgia belongs to division Southeastern Conference.
The most famous team of Bulldogs is that of American football which gained two national titles (1942 and 1980). Moreover, Georgia was quoted like number one of the year in 1927, 1946 and 1968 by certain polls. (See Championship NCAA of American football) Georgia evolves/moves with the Sanford Stadium, enclosure of 92.746 places inaugurated the October 12th 1929.
In addition to American football, let us quote the team of strong Gymnastique of Bulldogs of seven national titles since 1986 (1987, 1989, 1993, 1998, 1999, 2005 and 2006) and that of Baseball created in 1886, national champion in 1990.
