Georges Spénale

Georges Spénale (1913 - August 20th 1983) is a Politician, writer and Poète French. He was the mainstay of the contracts and negotiation which ended in the first Accords of Lome, in 1975, essential bond between industrialized countries and less advanced countries.

Georges Spénale received the Prix Eurafrique in 1976.

Biography
