Georges Lagrange

Georges Lagrange (August 31st 1928, April 30th 2004), was a writer esperantist French, member of the Académie of Esperanto, FEI (French Institut for Esperanto), coanimator of the arts center Esperanto Kvinpetalo with Bouresse, (Vienna). He is the son of Rene Lagrange, militant trade unionist and historian of the labor movement.
Original works
He wrote several original detective novels in Esperanto under the pseudonym Serĝo Elgo- Ŝia lasta poŝtkarto

He is also the author of several short plays in a police kind squeaking:

Translations
It translated from French with Esperanto several parts of Théâtre which were presented on international scenes, in which it sometimes held itself a role: Andromaque and Phèdre of Jean Root, Hernani of Victor Hugo, Right the of Albert Camus, the Professional singer bald person of Eugene Ionesco, the Explosive device of Jean Cocteau, God does he bark? of François Boyer, Late the , Edouard and Agripine and the Baby-sitter of Rene de Obaldia, Drops snow from Pierrette Dupoyer, etcIt also translated many songs which were interpreted in Esperanto by Jacques Puil, Jacques Yvart, Morice Benin and others.
Lastly, Georges Lagrange translated into Esperanto the work of Rene Centassi and Henri Masson the man who defied Babel , biographical work on the creator of Esperanto, L.L. Zamenhof.
Member of the Academy of Esperanto, it became one of the referents for the Esperanto language during these last decades while taking part, for example, with the drafting of the new edition of the PIV ( Plena Ilustrita Vortaro ), which is the dictionary of reference of Esperanto.
