Georges Ista

Georges Ista born with Liege on November 12th, 1874 and died in Paris on January 6th, 1939 is a writer of Walloon language and a Walloon militant.

HE was a fertile dramatic author, collaborated in various militant Walloon reviews convinced that the Walloon was a complement of the French identity of the Wallonia. The Encyclopédie of the Walloon Movement devotes to him a rather important note with Volume II.
