Georges François Reuter
Georges François Reuter is a Naturaliste French, born the November 30th 1805 with Paris and dead the May 23rd 1872 with Geneva.
It makes its studies with the central École of arts and manufactures of Paris of 1840 with 1842. Starting from 1847, he is professor emeritus at the Teacher training school, then starting from 1848, chemistry teacher in Atheneum of Luxembourg.
It directs the Botanical garden of Geneva starting from 1849. Henri Margot (1807-1894) and Reuter publishes in 1838, a Essai of a flora of the island of Zante . He is the conservative of the herbarium of Pierre Edmond Boissier (1810-1885).
