Georges Cottier
Georges Marie Cottier (April 25th, 1922 -) is a Dominican priest, a theologist and a Swiss cardinal.
Biography
Born with Céligny, it joined the Dominican order in 1945. He was professor at the universities of Geneva and Freiburg. He is the author of several works on the theological subjects.
Created cardinal by Jean-Paul II at the time of a Consistory the October 21st 2003, he was theologist of the pontifical Maison and general secretary of the international theological Commission.
