Georges Chedanne

Georges Chedanne (September 23rd 1861 with Maromme - December 30th 1940 with Paris), is a Architecte French.

Biography

Raise Julien Guadet with the École of the Art schools of Paris. Gain the Prix of Rome in 1887. Remain with Rome where it makes studies on the the Pantheon. With the Villa Médicis, it meets the painter Adolphe Déchenaud who makes his portrait, this table was bequeathed to the Musée of the Art schools of Rouen by Mrs Chedanne in 1948, to see Joconde site.

It goes back then to Paris. Although influenced by the Art nouveau, its style remains personal and eclectic.
