George Simpson
George Sidney Simpson , born the September 21st 1908 and deceased the December 2nd 1961, was a American athlete which took part in the Olympic Games of summer.
Simpson was the first to be run on 100 yard in 9" 4 but this record was not recognized because it had used starting block. In 1930, it gained the 220 yard of two associations, NCAA and AAU.
With the Olympic Games of summer of 1932 with Los Angeles, it finished fourth on 100 m but gained the money over 200 m behind Eddie Tolan but preceding Ralph Metcalfe.
