George Blandrata
George Blandrata , or Biandatra , born in the marquisat of Saluces towards 1520, was continued by the enquiry of Pavia, to have embraced the doctrines of Arius and of Socin, an asylum with Geneva sought, but was persecuted there by Calvin; ran away itself in Poland, where he became doctor of the king Etienne Bathory; in 1590 died.
