George Anson

George Anson (1697-1762) was a Admiral English.

Responsible for a forwarding against the Spanish establishments in southernmost America (1740-1745), it succeeds completely, and was filled on its return of the favors of Georges II.

A victory which it gained in 1747 over the chief of French squadron Jonquière was worth him the Pairie and the rank of Rear-admiral. Lastly, it was named admiral in 1711.

The relation of sound Voyage around the world in the years 1740-1745 was published in London in 1748.
