Georg Brandes
Georg Brandes (Copenhagen 1842-Copenhagen 1927) is a writer and critical literary Danish. He was the true person in charge of what one agreed to call the " opening moderne". Scandinavian letters, i.e. their irruption in the foreground of the European letters. It gave into 1888 conferences on the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche which contributed to make known this philosopher, to see PETERS, H.P., Nietzsche and its sister Elisabeth, Paris, Mercure de France, 1978, p. 160
