Georg Bernhard Bilfinger

Georg Bernhard Bilfinger (1693 - 1750), philosopher, mathematician and German scientist. It was born the January 23rd 1693 with Kanstatt in the Wurtemberg.

He taught with Tubingue, became private adviser, president of the consistory.

Its prinicpaux works are:

Dilucidationes phiiosophicae, of deo, animated humana, mundo (Tübingue, 1725, 1746, 1768)
Of harmonized animi and corporis humani commentatio (Frankfurt and Leipzig, 1735, Tübingue, 1741)
Of origin and permissione Mali (1724).

One owes him also a new kind of Fortification S, which bears its name. It was crowned by the Academy of Science of Paris for a report on the Cause of gravity .
