Geography of Oman
Oman is a State of the the Middle East bordering the Mer of Arabia, the Golfe of Oman and the Persian Gulf and located between the Yemen and the United Arab Emirates.
The country primarily consists of desert plains in the center and wild mountains in north and the south. The climate is very dry and hot in the interior the grounds and wet on along coasts (1700 km of littoral).
Its natural resources are primarily the Pétrole but also the Cuivre, the Amiante, the Marbre, the Calcaire, the chromium, the Gypse and the Natural gas. Oman is also a strategic place on the Péninsule Musandam located close to the Détroit of Ormuz, place of vital transit for world crude oil.
