It is the area ranging between Rouen, Dieppe and Le Havre. It is about a plate chalky fertile, cut out by the Vallée S and Valleuse S which leads to the Manche.

Small marsh in the south of the Bridge of Tancarville, in the Department of the Eure, the Vernier marsh is favourable with the breeding bovine and known for its Chaumière S.
