Gennargentu
The Gennargentu is a Massif mountainous located in the center-Eastern zone of the Sardinia, of which it the most is raised, in the Province of Nuoro. It is characterized by one of the low density of inhabitants of Europe and preserves a large variety of living resources.
Géologiquement it is one of the rock formations oldest of the European Continent and is, for this reason, a relatively low Montagne. The principal tops are the Pointe of Marmora and the Bruncu Spina , both of not very higher than the 1800 Mètre S.
To defend the beauties of them, the National park of Gennargentu was founded. There be difficulties in its phase of institutionalization, following considerable local resistances, founded mainly on the fear of expropriation of their Territory.
